Welcome, Bienvenue, Wilkommen, Fanna Yilté, Dal len ak Jam
You see how delighted I am to welcome you in every language that I know. Well, you must be thinking “another blog; what is it going to tell us that we haven’t already seen elsewhere?”. Luckily, I have always been an ogress of reading but never dared to write, and since September 2019, I have been discovering this hidden passion for writing articles (a wink to my favorite magazine “Fiers d’elles”). Having, now, this entrepreneurial hat that you know, the opportunity was too good not to explore this facet of me in complete freedom.
I do not pretend to bring, through my writings, anything 100% new or unheard of. My promise with this blog is to make you see things differently with my own eye, my own experiences and my singular vision of life, while keeping the overall view on each subject. Yes, this blog will address a lot of subjects, experiments, news and events about afro hair and my passion for it – yep, you are warned – but above all, it will serve as an exploration platform of subjects that I find interesting to share with you so that we can exchange and nourish each other with our respective intellects and emotions.
Emotions… hum… talking about them has never been an easy task for me. I have always liked to say that I am made of brain ahahahah but, but, but, I have learned through my life journey that you do not hide your essence so easily. Our emotions are these feelings that come from our guts and make us want to be us in all that we are most true and unique. My emotions are the driving elements that led me combine, today, my very interesting job currently as HR Manager, my devouring passion for entrepreneurship & natural kinky hair and my new hobby which is writing articles to put them together on subjects that are certainly different but each one more interesting and constructive than the other.
I wish to make this blog a melting pot of articles about our life apprenticeships, passions and aspirations through sharing experiences and exchanging positive thoughts. I give you a part of me through my writings, take care of it but above all criticize constructively so that we can grow together. Finally yet importantly, let me discover this part of you that appreciates and talks about it.
The tone is set! Welcome to my not so orderly world and take a seat.
Shea’Biscus is yours,
